Anthropometric measurements beyond body mass index have gained attention as potential indicators of cardiometabolic risk. Neck circumference is easy to measure and may reflect upper-body fat distribution associated with metabolic abnormalities. This observational study explored the relationship between neck circumference and common cardiometabolic risk indicators in apparently healthy adults. Standard anthropometric measurements and routine clinical assessments were performed. Participants with larger neck circumferences more frequently demonstrated elevated blood pressure, increased waist circumference, and unfavorable metabolic profiles. Neck circumference showed promise as a simple adjunctive screening tool in primary care settings. Further multicenter studies are recommended to establish standardized reference values across different populations.
