Gallbladder polyps are frequently discovered incidentally during abdominal ultrasonography. Appropriate risk stratification is essential to distinguish lesions requiring surveillance from those warranting intervention. This retrospective imaging review analyzed the clinical and radiological characteristics of incidentally detected gallbladder polyps. Most lesions were solitary, small, and asymptomatic. Larger polyps and those demonstrating interval growth were more likely to undergo surgical evaluation. Routine ultrasonographic follow-up proved valuable in monitoring lesion stability and supporting individualized clinical management.
