Abstract

Environmental factors, including seasonal climatic changes, may influence migraine occurrence and symptom severity in susceptible individuals. This observational study investigated seasonal variation in migraine frequency among young women attending outpatient neurology clinics. Participants recorded headache episodes, associated symptoms, and potential environmental triggers throughout the observation period. Migraine frequency appeared to fluctuate across seasons, with weather variability, sleep disturbance, and emotional stress frequently reported as contributing factors. These findings support individualized trigger management and emphasize the importance of considering seasonal influences during migraine counseling.
